How it all started:
Between 2015 - 2018 I co-hosted a quarterly metaphysical event in Langford, BC, called the Westshore Mind, Body & Spirit Fair. 
The essence of these events was bringing local artisans, wellness practitioners, intuitive readers, and the community together to connect, network, support local businesses, and empower and uplift one another - acknowledging and celebrating the gift that we BE and the possibilities we create in the world by coming together in this way!

With that same energy in mind,  Wisdom & Magic has whispered its way into creation along with the infinite possibilities it brings. Tara Milton Ouellet and I will be hosting these events in different locations around greater Victoria every 3-6 months. Booth and admission fees may increase depending on the expenses at each venue. We will attempt to keep fees low to minimize barriers to participation.

We desire to offer a balanced blend of wellness/intuitive services, wellness/metaphysical products, and hand-crafted items. For this first event, we have hand-selected all of you to ensure that balance. And also, because we felt it would be fun to spend the weekend with all of you!

Market Dates:  December 3 and 4, 2022

Location:  Sooke Legion - 6726 Eustace Rd

Time:  10 am - 4 pm

Set up Time:  8:15 am-9:45 am

Knockdown Time:  No earlier than 4:05 pm

Booth fees for the whole weekend will be:

One 6' table space for $50 (6 booths in total)

Two 6' tables space for $100 (5 booths in total)

Treatment Booth space with one 6' table for $60 (2 booths in total)

Treatment Booth space with two 6' tables for $110 (1 booth only)

Important Information

  • Please note this is a second-floor event. There is not an elevator for bringing gear upstairs. There are 19 steps to come up. If wheelchair access is required there is a chairlift (it cannot be used for gear)
  • Please bring your own table linens
  • The floor plan will be sent as soon as all booths have been rented
  • If you would like us to promote pictures of you, and/or your products, please send up to 8 photos to:  [email protected]
  • There is an ATM machine available downstairs on Saturday but guests will need to go to one of several banks within a couple of blocks of the Legion if cash is needed on Sunday
  • Food service will be available for purchase downstairs on Saturday
  • Mom's Cafe, Route 14 and the Vienna Bakery will be open on Sunday and are within walking distance

Fees and cancellations

  • Booth fees must be paid by October 15, 2022 to confirm your spot. Payments may be sent by e-transfer to:  [email protected]
  • Any cancellations made by email before November 3, 2022 will be eligible for a  100% refund. 
  • Cancellations received by email after November 3rd but before November 17th will be eligible for a 50% refund. 
  • Any cancellations sent by email after November 17, 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.
